We’re super excited to announce we’re going to be putting out a CD for our friends in Old Accusers (http://www.facebook.com/oldaccusers) this month. If you have never heard of them check out this video from when they recorded the new album. They’re going to have a sick CD release show in Pittsburgh and I’ll post more information about that when I get it.
Congratulations to William James, who was recently crowned the 2012 Grand Slam Champion at the Steel City Poetry Slam in Pittsburgh. He will be competing along with the Steel City Slam team at the National Poetry Slam in Charlotte, NC Aug. 7-11, and also will be representing Pittsburgh at the Individual World Poetry Slam in Fayettteville, AR Oct. 3-6. We’re excited to announce that we will be releasing a cassette for Cameron Boucher (of Old Gray) titled “Set Sail Towards Hell” set to come out as soon as we can get them made. And we’re going to be putting out a CD for slam poet William James titled “As if All the Stars Are Laughing” a live recording from The Dirty Gerund in Worcester, MA set to be released in May. Don’t forget to check out William James and Cerce on tour together this this spring.
We are very proud to announce that will be releasing a 7″ this summer for Pittsburgh’s very own Pray For Teeth; featuring members of Old Accusers, Failure To Fall & Means To An End. These individuals mix bone crushing riffs, melodic ambience and a hellishly loud live show to truly make their own blend of unique heaviness. Fans of Neurosis, Isis, Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Cursed take note.
They will be self releasing their first EP this March. Keep your eyes peeled for that.
